Company history

Roger Gerber president of Advantage Pro Inspection has almost 43 years of experience in the flooring business. He has worked as a Union Installer, Retail Store owner and manager, partner in a carpet cleaning franchise, and operated a Commercial Workroom.

 He is certified through Flooring Inspectors Training Services as both a Carpet and Hard Surface Inspector. Certification #1521

Roger is also a Mohawk Master Craftsman and certified in pattern correction and installation. He is a Shaw Certified Commercial Installer, specilizing in pattern correction.

He has earned certification from Domco/Tarkett, L&N Wood School, Konecto, and the International Certification Registry. Roger is listed as FITS Certified inspector #1521, for both carpet and hard surface. He is also on staff at www.TheFloorPro.com where he lends his expertise and support to flooring professionals and consumers around the world.
